URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Flagstaff AZ 219 AM MST Fri Apr 18 2025 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 5 PM MST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1 to 4 inches, with higher amounts of 4 to 8 inches above 8000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...White Mountains. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Periods of moderate to heavy snowfall will create snow-covered roads and hazardous driving conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening and Saturday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Forecast snowfall amounts from 5 PM MST Today to 5 PM MST Saturday...
