Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches, with 3 to 5 inches around Meeteetse and Thermopolis. Northerly wind frequently gusting 20 to 30 mph through Thursday evening. * WHERE...Southwest Bighorn Basin and Cody Foothills. * WHEN...Until 3 AM MDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, especially along Wyoming Highway 120 between Cody and Thermopolis. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow accumulations may be hindered during the daytime hours Thursday due to temperatures around 30 degrees and recent warm temperatures.
