Total snow accumulations between 1 to 3 inches, with locally higher amounts across typical snowbelt locations. Northwest winds gusting 45+ mph. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
