Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Northwest Arctic Coast, Northern Arctic Coast, Central Beaufort Sea Coast and Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast. * WHEN...From Thursday morning through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel may be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds appear to arrive Thursday afternoon. There may be falling snow at this time, which can result in whiteout conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
