Visibility reduced to one half mile or less at times. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 8 inches. West winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...North to east sides of Kodiak Island. * WHEN...Until 1 AM AKDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and gusty winds will persist through this evening, then diminish overnight.
