For Turnagain Pass and Whittier additional snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. Portage Valley additional snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. Girdwood valley additional snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches. * WHERE...East Turnagain Arm, Turnagain Pass, and West Prince William Sound & Whittier. * WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
