Additional snow accumulations between 4 to 8 inches with up to around 1 foot possible at the highest elevations. Ridge winds gusting as high as 65 mph. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
