Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...In Minnesota, East Polk and Norman Counties. In North Dakota, Griggs, Steele, and Traill Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
