Stronger gusts possible along exposed ridgelines in the Sierra. * WHERE...Eastern Sierra Slopes and Owens Valley. * WHEN...Until 9 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are favored along and west of US-395, especially south of Big Pine.
