Additional snow accumulations 3 to 5 inches in the most persistent lake snows. * WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, and Northern Cayuga Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commutes today. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving. If you are going outside, be careful on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
