Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches and localized amounts of over 15 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph this evening, decreasing to 20 to 25 mph gusts by Friday morning. * WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
