Flood Watch National Weather Service San Diego CA 222 AM PST Thu Feb 13 2025 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM PST THIS MORNING THROUGH LATE TONIGHT... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following areas, Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas, Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains, San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Mountains, San Diego County Valleys and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills. * WHEN...From 10 AM PST this morning through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Debris flows possible in and below recent burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river will generate moderate to heavy rainfall for this morning into early Friday with rainfall rates of 0.30-0.50 inch/hour for the coast and valleys.
