The greatest accumulations will likely be close to the Lake Ontario shore. * WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions with reduced visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
