Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest chances of strong and damaging winds are the Palos Verdes area, the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills and areas adjacent to the Sepulveda Pass.
