Additional snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze. For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 8 and 12 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...In Kansas, Johnson KS and Wyandotte Counties.
