Flood Advisory National Weather Service San Francisco CA 844 PM PST Thu Dec 26 2024 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM PST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following counties, San Francisco and northwestern San Mateo. * WHEN...Until 445 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 843 PM PST, local law enforcement reported flooding on Highway 1 near Interstate 280 merge south of Daly City. Between 0.2 and 0.3 inches of rain have fallen over the last 24 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.6 to 1.2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
