Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Haywood, Madison, Mitchell, Swain, and Yancey Counties above 3500 feet. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...The snowfall will create slippery and snow covered roadways.
