Special Weather Statement National Weather Service Indianapolis IN 334 AM EST Sat Nov 30 2024 ...LIGHT ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT... Light to moderate snow will overspread Central Indiana during the mid to late afternoon hours and continue into tonight. Heaviest snowfall is expected in the evening hours near the US-50 corridor in South Central Indiana. Total accumulation is expected to range from less than an inch along the I-70 corridor to mainly 1-2 inches across southwestern and southern Indiana. Isolated accumulations near 3 inches are possible southwest of Bloomington where a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued. If traveling, slow down, drive carefully, and allow extra time to reach your destination.
