Flood Watch National Weather Service Sacramento CA 141 PM PST Fri Nov 22 2024 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following areas, Central Sacramento Valley, Mountains Southwestern Shasta County to Western Colusa County, Northeast Foothills/Sacramento Valley, Northern Sacramento Valley and Shasta Lake Area / Northern Shasta County. * WHEN...Through 4 AM PST Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Moderate to heavy rainfall has been observed and is causing flood-related impacts in portions of the Watch area. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers will continue to be possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
