Flood Watch National Weather Service San Francisco CA 252 PM PST Thu Nov 21 2024 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE FRIDAY NIGHT... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...The North Bay. * WHEN...Through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Light to moderate rain is continuing across the watch area. Three to eleven inches of rain have already fallen in the valley regions with up to sixteen inches of rain in the higher elevations. Areas of the Sonoma County valleys have already reported minor to moderate flooding and road closures. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
