Flood Advisory National Weather Service Sacramento CA 1156 AM PST Thu Nov 21 2024 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM PST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following counties, Colusa, Glenn, Shasta and Tehama. * WHEN...Until 1145 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Rises along small streams and mainstem rivers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1148 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges have indicated heavy rain. Emergency management and county highways have reported various road closures in the advisory area. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain have fallen in the last 36 hours, and more rainfall is forecast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
