Flood Watch National Weather Service San Francisco CA 234 PM PST Wed Nov 20 2024 ...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE FRIDAY NIGHT... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...The North Bay. * WHEN...Through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Light to moderate rain is continuing across the watch area. Two to four inches of rain have already fallen in the valley regions with up to six inches of rain in the higher elevations.
