Southern St. Johns County in northeastern Florida... * Until 445 PM EDT. * At 1049 AM EDT, Local law enforcement in Putnam County reported flooding resulting from heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
