For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...In Delaware, Kent. In New Jersey, Cumberland and Cape May. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, until 5 PM EDT Sunday. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 5 PM Sunday to 5 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways.
