Maricopa County in south central Arizona... Pinal County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 1015 PM MST. * At 927 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Tolleson, moving south at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Phoenix, Avondale, Tolleson, Laveen, Cashion, South Mountain Park, Phoenix International Raceway, Downtown Phoenix, South Phoenix, Arizona State Fairgrounds, and Komatke. This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 130 and 145, and between mile markers 159 and 162. AZ Interstate 17 between mile markers 195 and 203.
