Southeastern Bradley County in east Tennessee... * Until 215 AM EDT. * At 1116 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated near stationary thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain is estimated to have fallen int eh past hour to hour and a half. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area during the next hour or two. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
