URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Great Falls MT 306 PM MDT Tue Apr 30 2024 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON WEDNESDAY TO 6 PM MDT THURSDAY... * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 8 inches with highest amounts over the Big Belt and Snowy Mountain ranges. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Big Belt, Bridger and Castle Mountains and Snowy and Judith Mountains. * WHEN...From noon Wednesday to 6 PM MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Slush and or snow covered roads could cause difficult travel conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst roadway impacts will occur during the overnight and morning hours.
