Total snow accumulations up to 16 inches above 3000 feet and up to 2 inches below 3000 feet. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Fourth Of July Pass, Priest River, Dobson Pass, St. Maries, Bonners Ferry, Osburn, Pinehurst, Lookout Pass, Eastport, Wallace, Clark Fork, Sandpoint, Kellogg, Mullan, Schweitzer Mountain Road, Athol, and Fernwood. * WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 10 AM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Expect winter driving conditions in the mountains especially Sunday night into Monday morning.
