Snow accumulations 10-18 inches, and up to 2 feet in isolated locations near the crest. Southwest winds gusting to 60 mph. Ridgetops gusts up to 100 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch late Sunday night to Tuesday, heavy snow. Snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches below 7000 feet, and 1 to 3 feet possible above 7000 feet.
