BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Flood Warning National Weather Service San Francisco CA 215 PM PST Fri Nov 22 2024 ...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM PST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Sonoma County. * WHEN...Until 315 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 215 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 15 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of up to 1 inch are forecast. Additional rises on area creeks, rivers, and streams can be anticipated. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Healdsburg, Cotati, Larkfield-Wikiup, Roseland, South Santa Rosa Cdp and South Santa Rosa. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
