Snow accumulations of 10 to 18 inches with isolated amounts up to 2 feet. Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph. Ridge wind gusts will reach up to 125 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch Sunday-Tuesday: Heavy snow with 4 to 8 inches below 7000 feet. 1 to 3 feet possible above 7000 feet. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 10 PM PST Saturday.
