Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 PM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected in much of the warned area through tonight.
